Liminality

Liminality :

This exhibition offers a glimpse into how my work has evolved over the past two years. What began with drawing has gradually expanded into painting, assemblage and installation, allowing different materials, objects and processes to become part of the work.

Along the way, my role as an artist has shifted as well. Rather than controlling every aspect of the process, I increasingly create situations in which things can emerge on their own. Found objects, chance encounters and partially controlled processes are allowed to influence the direction a work takes.

Making becomes a form of finding ,noticing what appears, responding to it and allowing unexpected things to happen. Instead of knowing exactly where a work is going, I try to leave space for discovery, coincidence and change.

This exhibition brings together works from the past two years and reflects this ongoing shift in my practice.
